Flutter does not seem to understand the magnitude of this situation & has no desire to appropriately resolve the issue. At this point, I have yet to receive the dress and our original event date of 2/6/21 has passed! Our date of 2/6/21 was clearly stated on the contract I signed w/ flutter & has been paid in full. They ordered a rush replacement of the dress to be made & didn't feel the need to inform me of this issue until last week. I later was informed that my dress was delivered in Dec, however it was wrong. She offered a discount that was extremely minimal given the magnitude of the situation (approx 10%). With no communication for another full week, my planner reached out via email to which the GM of the sister store replied to. The manager said that he would send a tracking number as soon as available, which I still have yet to receive. With no communication or updates for the next week, my wedding planner called to speak to the manager to further voice our concerns & to discuss a resolution, as our event date of 2/6/21 was only 2 weeks away leaving no time for alterations. The manager ensured me that the dress had shipped later in the day on 1/11 and would arrive in 2-3 wks. 4 days later, I had yet to hear back so I sent an email with my concerns & frustrations. He ensured me that he would speak to the shipping manager & get me an update later that day. 1 month later & no update, I called back & spoke to a manager who informed me that the dress was still at the factory & had yet to be shipped. On 12/11, I called Flutter to get an update & spoke to an employee who told me the dress had shipped & should arrive in 1-2 wks. I was told to expect 7-8 months for the dress to arrive. ![]() I ordered my wedding dress through Flutter on 3/21/20 for my wedding scheduled 2/6/21.
